Cancellation Policy

By booking photography or videography services through wefunk.com, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Independent Photographer All photography and videography services are provided solely by Justin Moore (“Photographer”), an independent photographer. wefunk.com is only used for advertising, booking, and payment processing. wefunk.com, Wix, and their owners, do not provide photography services and are not parties to any agreement between the Client and Photographer. 2.Liability The Client acknowledges that wefunk.com and Wix are not responsible for the Photographer’s services, including scheduling, cancellations, refunds, image delivery, equipment issues, injuries, damages, losses, or disputes. Any claims must be directed solely to Justin Moore. 3. Booking & Payment Bookings are confirmed only after required information, payment, and Photographer confirmation are received. Payments may be made through wefunk.com (powered by Wix), approved digital payment methods, or in person when authorized. Payment processing does not create liability for wefunk.com or Wix. 4. Cancellations & Refunds 10% Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a 10% cancellation fee in addition to retainers or deposits based on the total booking price. Completed services are non-refundable or at the discretion of the photographer. If the Photographer cancels due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Client may reschedule or receive a refund for services not performed including retainers or deposits. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for arriving on time, obtaining any required permits or permissions, communicating special requests, and ensuring participants are prepared. Delays may reduce session time without refund. 6. Copyright & Delivery All images, videos, and creative works remain the intellectual property of Justin Moore unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive only the usage rights granted by the Photographer. Edited .jpeg files will be delivered within 3-5 days of the shoot. RAW or unedited files are not included unless purchased separately. 7. Acceptance Booking through wefunk.com confirms the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that Justin Moore is solely responsible for all photography and videography services.
